Is GMI a fraud company or it's a legal company?

GMI (Gold Mine International) is an Norway based company that works in all parts of the world and pays its members based on the concept of Network Marketing. It's working is on the principle of Binary tree in which one earns a certain amount of commission by growing the tree of its members.
One has to invest at least $60 in GMI to become its member to start any earnings. Is GMI a registered company or its a fraud company? This is the question asked by most of the people when they are contacted about joining GMI. Below is the answer to this question.

If you go to the official website of SECP (Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan), you will see that this company is registered formally with SECP since 2003. The image below clearly shows all this detail:

I have many friends who are earning a large amount of money through GMI for last so many years. All the business done by GMI is very transparent and as per laws of Pakistan. GMI pays in time and in correct amount to all its members on regular basis. So if you were afraid that perhaps GMI is a fraud company, you should be assured that it's a genuine legal company and not a fraud or illegal company.
